    What shipping carriers do you use? And how much does it cost?

    For U.S. orders, we use the United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. We have found that for most customers this method is quicker and cheaper than UPS Ground. Shipping rates are as follows:

    What is Your Return Policy?

    At BabyAllDay.com we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

    Please include the packing slip with your return. Indicate what you are returning and why. Please let us know if you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange, refund, or credit. If you do not have your packing slip, please include your name, email address and order number along with the items that you are returning. You will be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us.

    If you are asking for an exchange, we will send your replacement item(s) at no charge.

    Washing and Care Instructions

    To keep your shirt looking great for a long time and to minimize fading, wash the shirt inside out in cold water, and to tumble dry low. Please be aware that a small amount of shrinking (5%) may occur if you machine dry. Do not use bleach. If you feel the need to ever iron your shirt, do not iron directly over the transfer area.

If the winner cannot be reached, or does not respond to the winning email within 7 business days, the prize will be awarded to an alternate. . If the alternate winner cannot be reached, or does not respond to the winning email within 7 business days, then the prize will not be awarded.

    10. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winners. The winners cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
